Brenda Ryan – Founder/Director
Registered BAS Agent, Accountant and Business Mentor assisting start-up and small business get up and running and financially fit.
As a degree qualified accountant, having worked in public accounting firms since 2002, she is certainly qualified, however Brenda definitely doesn’t fit the mould of the typical accountant.
She has experienced being in and out of her own businesses, eventually finding a niche to combine her loud and excitable personality with her accounting skills, expertise and know-how.
Brenda is passionate about helping small business owners to take control of their destiny, creating success and a legacy, so they can live the life they truely desire, without the hassles and worries about their finances.
The first step is always showing the business owner where they are currently, lifting the lid on the figures, so the right decisions can be made. Brenda knows many SME’s approach this with the fear of being scolded by their bookkeeper or accountant.
That’s why she promotes her services positively, and if anything, a little bit crazy and fun. Because she knows life in business can be a little crazy at times, and having a service provider who knows exactly what you are going through, being patient and kind, as well as qualified and professional, can make all the difference.
Eloise Friend – Administration/Bookkeeper
Certified Bookkeeper, who joined Vibrant Business in January 2020, ready to embark on the next chapter of her career.
Eloise has worked in the accounting industry for the past 10 years in a variety of administration roles. Working in this environment led to her love of numbers and prompted her to complete her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. Prior to this, she completed her Diploma of Business Management & Event Management and worked as an administrator in the insurance and legal sectors.
In her down-time, Eloise loves spending time with her husband and family. Her interests cover a broad range from reading, to travel and dragon boat racing plus many others in between.
Theodore Schlechtriem – Administration Assistant
Theo joined us in December 2018 as part of a School Traineeship through the Business Success Group and completed his Certificate II in Business while studying Year 12.
GCESS are also part of our team and help Theo to build his confidence in the work environment and give him the support he needs to transition from High School to the work place.
Theo undertakes various administration tasks, social media and some bookkeeping duties 2-3 days per week. Now that he has completed Year 12 he is looking at his TAFE options and considering to further his Business Studies.
Theo has a passion for photography and has spent some of his hard earned dollars on a flash camera. Expect some wonderful new shots gracing our website soon! 🙂
